Emily is a proud member of the NunatuKavut Community Council and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Business. She also holds a certificate in ceramics, a post-graduate certificate in quality management, and most recently a diploma in cartography and geovisualization. Emily has worked in the non-profit sector for over 10 years in various capacities and has won many awards and scholarships in recognition of her academic and personal achievements. She looks forward to sharing her love of maps and GIS with other Indigenous communities.
